Migration Camp is located in the Northern Corridor of the park, on the main wildebeest migration route between the Serengeti and the Masai Mara. The migration seasons at camp are centered between July and November when the herds pass through the area, sometimes crossing the river right in front of camp; Game viewing from the breakfast terrace during this period is a superb experience. Additionally, there is good resident game throughout the year, especially lion, leopard and elephant.

Migration Camp is fundamentally a luxury tented safari camp with some elements of a more modern design. The intention is to provide very comfortable surrounding without losing contact with the environment which is reflected in the camp's motto: Migration Camp believes in serving food outdoors under the stars and sleeping under canvas, while listening to the sounds of the bush.
